Unlike many first aid courses, we gear our sessions around what the learners need, meaning the training is relevant to you not just taught from a textbook. 1 Day Emergency First Aid At Work
Our 6-hour emergency first aid course is the most popular course we offer, and its content exceeds what’s recommended by the HSE to become a basic first aider in the workplace. The course content includes; CPR & AED, unconscious casualties, shock, bleeding, choking, seizures and much more. The course is priced at £79 + vat per person or just £450 +vat for a private course for up to 12 learners.
3 Day First Aid At Work
The 18-hour first aid course is recommended for workplaces which present a higher risk because the activities are undertaken, machinery used or remote locations. The HSE compliant content includes CPR & AED, unconscious casualties, shock, bleeding, choking, seizures, breaks & strains, managing illness and accident reporting. The course is priced at £190 + vat per person or just £999 + vat for a private course of up to 12 learners.
Add the +F module to any of the above courses to suit forestry workers for just £35 per person.
2 Day First Aid At Work Renewal
The 12 Hour renewal is suitable for anyone who holds a 3-day first aid at work qualification which is due to expire in the next six months or has expired within the last three months. Every effort should be taken to renew the qualification prior to its expiry. The course is priced at £120 +vat.
2 Day Level 3 Paediatric First Aid
Our two-day EYFS & Ofstead compliant paediatric first aid courses are a must for anyone who works with children. Covering CPR & AED, Seizures, Asthma, Bleeding, Epi-Pen, Broken bones and much more it will leave anyone who cares for children confident they will be able to cope in an emergency. The course is just £95 +vat each or £650 + vat for a private course for up to 12 learners.
3 Hour First Aid For Parents
A relaxed and informal workshop for mums, dads, grandparents, carers and babysitters. The class content includes CPR, Choking, Burns, Febrile Seizures, Breaks, Bumps, Bleeding and Meningitis Awareness. The Course costs just £20 +vat per person or £160 +vat for a private course for up to 12 learners.
5 Day First Response Emergency Care Level 3 (FREC3)
The Qualsafe Awards Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification specifically designed for those seeking a career in the emergency services, ambulance service, the event medical and security sector or those who work in high risk workplaces.
5 Day First Response Emergency Care Level 4 (FREC4)
As the next step for those who have completed the QA Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF), this qualification provides Learners with a wider scope of practice in Prehospital care emergencies, allowing for greater employment opportunities. The QA Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised Prehospital care qualification specifically designed for those looking to progress their career within the NHS or private ambulance services as an emergency care assistant, intermediate ambulance practitioner, event medical provider, associate practitioner or healthcare assistant. It is also ideal for those who are looking to work within specialist roles in the military, police and fire services.
2 Day Level 3 Award in the Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification has been designed to provide Learners with the knowledge and skills needed to safely administer medication in a Prehospital environment. The QA Level 3 Award in the Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication (RQF) is intended for those who are employed by a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered organisation that have a specific responsibility at work to be able to safely administer and monitor the effects of medication within their scope of practice.
Learners who wish to undertake the QA Level 3 Award in the Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication (RQF) must be employed by a CQC registered organisation and have successfully completed the QA Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) or a QA recognised equivalent qualification.
